You be the judge. Here's the BBC transcript of the Osama Bin Laden tape. All I'm going to say is that the comments about the Iraqi government seem very telling, if they are to be believed. And given the history I can recall, it's consistent and thus believable.

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of Hussein's regime, is it? He basically labels it as infidel along with the Americans.
