Today IS a good day to die!

muscadineWell, actually, that would kind of put a damper on things. But it has been a good day. (and apparently not just for me) Here's why:
1) I got a call today. I've got an interview on Wednesday with UT Medical Group for the research assistant position I applied for!
2) I came home today and a few letters were in the mail. One was from the University of Arizona. I've been accepted, with full financial support! I did a happy dance! *dance*
Clarification: This does not necessarily mean I'm going to Tucson. However, I was very surprised to get a positive response from anybody, complete with the financial aid I required, so early in the game. Especially from Arizona, which I considered a "wild card." (I actually thought it might be a rejection because of it being so soon.) It definitely puts everything in a different perspective. If I get back several positive responses, I'll be weighing the financial aspect very carefully. My final decision will have to be around the first week of April.
P.S. - Also, I like it when schools use the phrase, "Because of your exceptional record..." :D OK, I'm gloating. Sorry, I'm just very happy. And this gives me a lot of hope about the other schools' responses.
