I have no idea who thought it was a problem, but when I ran across it I knew it had to be included in Condom-Rama.

Maybe Hot Rod Condoms have done market studies that suggest hetero males and their partners are inefficient at applying condoms. *boggle* Too funny...definitely need it for a Condom-Rama post ;)
