Umm, maybe there's some sort of Comcast thing in Boxford, MA, but I wouldn't know, as I've never heard of the place, and certainly don't live or even use a computer there.

Yeah, I think it might be by IP server location, although you can change it to your actual location at the page that it brings up.

Yeah it's either based on IP server location, or location of the IP owner. It lists me where the home office of my IP is, which is close enough in my case :)
