Firefox "Send Image" help?

Does anyone know of a Firefox option or extension that allows you to grab the image rather than a link when you right-click and choose "Send Image"? Basically, like IE's "Email Picture."

Can you right click, "save image as...", then send it?

Well, sure, but that's like 3 additional steps I'd like to avoid with a simple right-click. IE does this with "E-mail Picture."

AHAHAHA, no. But thanks for reminding me. I'm perfectly capable of doing that without this particular feature.
