I saw that yesterday, too. What a load of horseshit. I'm amazed that Dianne Feinstein seemed to eat it so willingly when handed to her. The first article I read on it was only on her meeting with Alito. Several hours later, they added the bits on Kennedy. Sure would be nice to know what Alito's answer was when Kennedy asked him the obvious question....
